Ron McIntire is a Spokane Realtor®, Spokane real estate broker, Owner and Designated Broker of Choice Realty, and has been helping Spokane-area home buyers and sellers since 2007. With more than 800 career residential transactions, Ron has helped first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, luxury home clients, relocation clients, and sellers throughout Spokane County and North Idaho.

Ron currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Spokane MLS and has previously served in leadership positions for both the Spokane MLS and Spokane REALTORS®. These roles provide him with a unique perspective on market trends, industry changes, and the real estate profession throughout Eastern Washington. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Buffini Certified Real Estate Trainer, and former mortgage loan officer.

His experience spans Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, Colbert, Deer Park, Nine Mile Falls, Airway Heights, Cheney, Greenacres, Newman Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, and Priest Lake.

The six years of experience McIntire had came after the big crash of 2008. His lending career in real estate banking changed into selling during the worst time since the Depression. Perhaps that is why Ron invented the Choice Realty three option approach. I wont talk about that though. Ron can. I will say that both my wife and I work with realtors for part of our livelihood, and we had dozens to chose from, all with more "years of experience" than Ron. None like him though. We had a tough deal to close, and he got it through, where others would have just let it flub. Or made no sale to begin with.
